The whole issue of control can be eliminated from the human mind altogether when you permit something greater than you to flow freely. This is not about restraint or exertion of power. It is about unleashing the energy of pure love within and around you to infinity. Self-awareness is key for a person to evolve to speak no evil, see no evil and hear no evil...
