Take five minutes for yourself everyday to contemplate your life, reflect your thoughts and contribute to the world. Think of what you can give and what you can do to improve your relationships, hone your people skills and operate on your deepest plane.
Those five minutes could teach you the difference between “I” and “we,” and that there really is no difference between “you” and “me.”

You can choose to become more compassionate, open-minded and loving to everything everywhere. You can become more accepting, tolerant of what is and just be. You can also resist the natural flow of energy inside yourself or you can yield to kinds of matter that defy form and description. The nature of your identifications shapes everything or dissolves everthing. You can evolve to be mroe true to yourself. This will release the spirit you imprison in your mind with thoughts, words and feelings. Listen closely. Creative power evolves in silence.
Hi Liara,
Have you ever felt the energy of evolving? By that I mean when you close your eyes and see where your consciousness takes you and you can feel the shift rocking your physical body and other bodies. And you just know that once you open your eyes something has changed.
That's lovely Alexys. Quieted my day and my mind as well. Thanks.
Hi Dick,
When the mind is quiet, the Soul sings and the song is soothing.
Always great seeing you here and be sure to have a Happy Birthday too.
This is a great daily exercise. Five minutes is a good starting point.

There is so much we can give, and by giving we gain even more in return.
Unfortunately, western society prefers to take without giving.
Your blog is beautiful and inspirational.
Thanks for sharing it.
Hi Colleen,
The mind is a great tool, but a terrible master.
Thanks for sharing your view.
Hi Pastfirst,
Thank you for your kind words. Maybe someday we can change the tide and Western society can be givers and receivers of love.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
