The Art Of Happiness

Human beings spend a lot of time trying to be happy and the more we try, the more we fail - because we are trying.
The art of happiness is not to try, but to do. If we approach happiness by thinking that we are trying, we have already failed in our heads.
Happiness can be found by focusing our attention on the outcome. By slowly merging ourselves into the feeling of happiness, we will remove all obstacles from our path and be happy.
Happiness is not overrated or understated, it is in relation to how we think and feel. Focus, feel it, accomplish it, be happy.
“It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves,
and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.”
~Agnes Repplier
and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.”

Happinessjust is. No need to strive, try, seek or over-exert. Just relax into who you really are. Love and joy are you.
Liara,
Exactly. It IS. Originally that is what I was going to post. Happiness IS. Thanks for sharing what I was thinking.
ESP-- oneness, telepathy, and transparency reign, what you do not see is pure truth reaching out with a message. To have a lightning dream is a sign that the warrior within you is beginning to manifest and grow.
Liara,
I am the warrior!!!!!!
Happiness to me is a state of being which to your point is doing. We need to let go of the search of happiness and simply be, for that is true happiness.
Mark,
I agree. Being happy is being.
