The days leading up the Christmas can be very stressful and exhausting. Last minute shopping, relatives, cooking, and other activities, all strain our nerves and stretch our patients.

If you keep in mind the following tips (taken from the archives), they may make your time more pleasurable. Most important, don’t lose sight of the beauty of this time and reach out to those who are alone.
